The VLP is excited to recognize Don Curran as this month’s V.I.V. – Very Important Volunteer.
Don has been practicing law at the firm he co-founded, the Law Office of Delay, Curran, Thompson, Pontarolo & Walker, P.S., for nearly 60 years. He practices exclusively in legal ethics, powers of attorney, wills, and probate.
Don volunteers his time with the VLP by helping participants with advice and occasional direct representation for wills or probate matters. He is often the first to answer the VLP’s request for aid, and is the VLP’s go-to for Wills and Estates questions. When asked why he volunteers, Don said, “Helping people solve their legal problems is professionally enriching and personally satisfying.”
In addition to helping the VLP, Don has served as a committee and board member for several legal organizations and has spoken on ethics and professionalism at seminars. Don has been recognized in for his professionalism and commitment to excellence.
Thank you for all your help, Don!
