Important Announcement Regarding COVID-19:
Updated 05/14/2020

In order to ensure the safety of our volunteers, clients, and the community through the COVID-19 pandemic, we are suspending in-person clinics, classes, and in-person on-boarding with VLP clients. In-person applicants may fill out and submit applications at the Spokane County Bar Association office. Advice clinics already scheduled and newly scheduled will be converted to phone sessions. The VLP is continuing to process applications via CLEAR and our website. Please contact the VLP with any questions.

Keep tabs on the changes to the WA courts due to COVID-19 at courts.wa.gov.

Thank you for your patience, and stay well!

NEW from the VLP Blog

Robert Bulanda

Since early April, Robert has made himself available on Monday afternoons to speak with VLP clients about their legal issues, options, and paperwork.

Robert strongly believes that “volunteering is important to help the most vulnerable members of our community. The people who often need help the most are often the ones who can least afford it.” In addition to volunteering with the VLP, Robert also volunteers as an AmeriCorps member with Providence Hospital of Seattle in their Transitions Program.
