The VLP also accepts applications for Family Law, Wills & Estates, and Consumer Protection. To ensure the greatest chance of reaching a VLP staff member, please call from 8:30-12 and 1:00-4:30 Monday-Friday. Our intakes typically take about 15 minutes so please call when you have the time. If no one is able to pick up the phone, please leave a message providing your name, number, and the legal matter for which you are seeking aid.

In Person

Depending on availability, the VLP may conduct in-person applications in the Spokane County Bar Association office, which is located in the 4th Floor Annex of the Spokane County Courthouse (1116 W Broadway Ave, Spokane, WA 99260). In-person applications are typically reserved for those who do not have access to a computer or phone. The VLP DOES NOT have in-office attorneys who can assist with your legal issues.

**Completing an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. All applications are reviewed by VLP staff for income and case requirements before acceptance. VLP staff will do their best to reach you within two weeks of your application to discuss how the VLP may assist you**
